IEEE Copyright Transfer Form is requested for ICTON submissions exceeding ONE page, the form may be downloaded from IEEE Copyright Form website and should be faxed to ICTON Organising Committee Chairman at +48 22 5128347, or sent by post.
The Form shall specify the title of the paper and a complete list of authors, and should be signed by one of the authors. The "IEEE PUBLICATION TITLE" field should be: "2009 International Conference on Transparent Optical Networks".
