The National Institute of Telecommunications in Warsaw together with Athens Information Technology, and the IEEE/LEOS Poland Chapter are pleased to announce the 10th Anniversary International Conference on Transparent Optical Networks ICTON 2008 which will be kindly hosted in Athens Information Technology (AIT) premises, 19.5 km Markopoulo Ave., GR - 19002 Peania, Athens.

Athens is famous for its ancient history and vibrant present. The Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport offers convenient connections with other major European and overseas destinations.

Authors are cordially invited to submit the contributions (max. of 4 pages in electronic form, MS Word accompanied by a PDF version) for Regular and Poster Sessions to icton@itl.waw.pl by March 30, 2008. The authors will be notified on the acceptance by May 2, 2008. Post-deadline papers with very recent results are requested by June 2, 2008.
