of telecommunications and information technology. It conducts works

of the state telecommunications network, normalization and standardization
of telecommunication systems and devices.

IEEE/LEOS Poland Chapter
are pleased to announce the 11th
International Conference on Transparent Optical Networks ICTON 2009
which will be kindly hosted by University
of Azores, City of Ponta Delgada, São Miguel Island,
June 28 - July 2, 2009. ICTON 2009 is receiving technical co-sponsorship by
the IEEE Lasers and Electro-Optics Society.
